Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange is processed.
